Everlab is seeking an Operations Associate to launch and scale its UK operations. You'll be one of the first on the ground, working directly with the UK General Manager to build the operational engine that powers the member journey in preventive health.
Your core responsibilities include:
**Member Onboarding & Journey Management**: Own the initial member experience from signup through their first health assessments (blood work, imaging, physical exam). You'll coordinate with GPs and previous clinics to gather comprehensive medical history so clinicians have full context before consultations.
**Operational Continuity**: Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks—unbooked appointments, missing results, untracked follow-ups—before members notice. You're the first point of contact for member questions and ensure nothing stalls between journey stages.
**Partner Coordination**: Manage day-to-day relationships with lab, imaging, and clinic partners. You'll be the named contact ensuring their capacity, availability, and turnaround times align with member commitments.
**Process Improvement**: Document workflows as you execute them, then systematically identify automation opportunities and tools (spreadsheets, templates, AI) to eliminate manual steps. Your goal: scale member volume without proportionally scaling headcount.
**Flexible Scope**: Early-stage market entry requires flexibility. You'll tackle tasks outside your immediate expertise and seniority level as needed.
You bring 0–4 years of experience in coordination, scheduling, customer operations, or similar detail-heavy roles. You're accurate under volume, follow through without prompting, and naturally reach for tools and automation to improve your own workflow. You're comfortable communicating with clinics, GPs, and members across channels. Health or regulated-sector experience is a plus but not required.
Everlab offers hybrid working (2–3 days in office), full access to its health program post-probation, and an employee share option plan. You'll work with a mission-driven team building the future of preventive healthcare.
