Junction is building infrastructure for diagnostic healthcare, making patient data accessible and actionable across labs and devices. The Test Kit Operations team ensures at-home testing programs launch successfully and operate reliably at scale. Over the past year, test kit volume has grown 6x, requiring coordination across customers, laboratories, fulfillment partners, and internal teams.
In this role, you will own the operational execution of new customer test kit launches from sale close through go-live. You'll coordinate directly with customers to manage launch activities, track milestones, and ensure operational requirements are completed on time. You'll partner with laboratory providers, fulfillment partners, and internal teams to coordinate workflows and keep launches moving smoothly.
Post-launch, you'll monitor test kit program performance, tracking key metrics including inventory availability, fulfillment accuracy, shipping timelines, sample processing, turnaround times, and customer experience. You'll investigate operational issues, identify root causes, and work with partners to drive resolution. You'll maintain operational dashboards, trackers, and reporting to provide visibility into program health.
You'll identify recurring issues and help implement process improvements, build strong relationships with customers and partners, and document workflows and best practices. This role requires 3+ years of operations experience (healthcare operations, logistics, supply chain, customer operations, or implementation preferred). You should have an ownership mindset, strong launch and project execution skills, problem-solving ability, cross-functional communication skills, and a data-driven approach to metrics and dashboards.
Healthcare, diagnostics, lab operations, or at-home testing experience is a plus. Experience with 3PL providers, customer implementations, or tools like Looker or Tableau is nice to have. You'll be based in GMT or EST timezones and work remotely with a flexible, remote-first culture.
