As Operations Associate, Fleet Compliance, you will play a key role in safeguarding the integrity, safety, and compliance of Wolt's delivery network. You'll work closely with fleet partners to ensure adherence to local regulations, contractual obligations, and internal standards. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in compliance, operations, and business within a fast-growing, tech-driven company. Day-to-day responsibilities include: - Collaborating with fleet companies to ensure smooth communication and information flow - Partnering with local Operations and Business Development teams to align on compliance strategies - Scheduling and facilitating meetings with fleet partners regarding compliance matters - Collecting and organizing documentation required for compliance audits - Conducting audits assessing regulatory, contractual, and policy compliance - Preparing detailed audit reports highlighting findings and non-compliance risks - Working with management to implement improvements and strengthen compliance processes - Contributing to the development of compliance guidelines, workshops, and training materials - Supporting the expansion of compliance programs verifying delivery standards and practices - Preparing regular reports on compliance activities, KPIs, and audit outcomes You'll work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with ownership and autonomy from day one. REQUIREMENTS: - Strong organizational and administrative skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Previous experience in a customer-facing or administrative role (beneficial) - Fluency in English and Greek - Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to make decisions through data analysis - Familiarity with Microsoft and/or Google Workspace
