As an Operations Associate, you will drive operational excellence across NeueHealth's internal and vendor operations functions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, document, and optimize workflows and business requirements while managing key vendor relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Executing daily operational processes to support NeueHealth's business, including detailed issue review and tracking to completion
- Managing materials management processes, including template oversight, quality checks, and communications with ACO members and providers
- Developing and implementing workflow processes and operational materials; analyzing and designing solutions to optimize business goals
- Coordinating vendor management tasks, tracking projects, troubleshooting issues, and reporting to management
- Developing and maintaining user and system management protocols with proper documentation for audit support
- Supporting additional operational duties as assigned
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Three or more years of related experience preferred, preferably in a health plan or related field
- Experience developing and maintaining detailed process documents required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Excel required
- Experience interpreting data analytics and healthcare outcomes measures, using data to drive change required
- Strong operational mindset with ability to use data for insights and problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively, create and lead cross-functional teams
- Experience developing training resources and leading training programs
- Bias toward action with sense of urgency and ownership
- No licensures or certifications required
