As an Operations Associate in Central Operations, you will drive execution across core operational functions: Contractor Operations, Marketplace & Allocations, Trust & Safety, and Pay. This is an individual contributor role with genuine ownership over your workstreams. You will own execution of operational programs, pull and analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities, monitor key metrics and operational queues, and drive resolution of issues within your scope rather than simply escalating them. You'll identify and help implement process improvements, manage day-to-day escalations using judgment on when to resolve directly versus involve others, and partner with cross-functional teams on ad hoc initiatives.
You'll work closely with Operations Program Managers and cross-functional partners to keep programs running smoothly. The role requires strong analytical thinking, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to take ownership and drive improvements with minimal oversight. You'll use data to inform decisions and communicate clearly with stakeholders to drive alignment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1+ years of experience in operations, business support, or similar analytical individual-contributor role
- Strong analytical skills with ability to use data to inform decisions and drive action
- Comfort operating with ambiguity and using judgment to determine the right approach
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic proficiency in SQL or similar data tools, or strong willingness to learn quickly
- Clear written communication skills for documenting work and driving stakeholder alignment

- Prior exposure to Contractor Operations, Marketplace & Allocations, Trust & Safety, or Pay functions
- Experience using SQL or other data analysis tools
- Track record of taking ownership and driving improvements with minimal oversight
