The Operations Architect (Payments) is a senior individual contributor role designed for professionals with 3–6 years of experience in high-growth startups, consulting, investment banking, or similar environments. This role sits at the intersection of operations excellence and business scaling, with potential to transition into management as the company grows.
Key responsibilities include:
- Optimizing and managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and product-driven reporting functions
- Identifying and solving operational bottlenecks across Partnerships, Account Management, and Compliance teams
- Owning end-to-end processes rather than executing isolated projects
- Driving automation initiatives to eliminate repetitive work and unlock team capacity
- Scaling operations infrastructure to support rapid business growth
The role is dynamic—scope and priorities shift every 3–6 months as the company automates legacy processes and enters new growth phases. You'll work in a flat, non-hierarchical environment where leadership participates in hands-on execution alongside the team.
Ideal candidates bring a track record of thriving in ambiguity, a bias toward ownership and problem-solving, and a commitment to ethical, compassionate leadership.
