As Operations and Employee Experience Manager, you will be the operational focal point for the organization, responsible for creating and maintaining a high-quality workplace environment. Your core responsibilities include:
• Day-to-day office management and workspace experience optimization
• Vendor, supplier, and service provider management to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Design and execution of annual employee experience programs, holiday gifts, and team-building events aligned with company goals and culture
• Full ownership of employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including office setup, IT equipment provisioning, swag distribution, and compliance procedures
• Organization and coordination of company and board meetings
This role sits at the intersection of facilities management, HR operations, and employee engagement. You will work cross-functionally with leadership, HR, IT, and external partners to ensure smooth operations and a positive employee experience.
