Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities through advanced autonomy, AI, and sensor fusion. The Air Dominance & Strike (AD&S) Division develops next-generation collaborative combat aircraft, advanced effects, and autonomous weapons software.
As Operations Manager for AD&S Production, you will lead the maturation of production operations as the division scales from development into low-rate and full-rate production. This is a cross-functional business operations role supporting manufacturing, supply chain, planning, and resource allocation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Define and mature the operating model for production teams, establishing clear deliverables, handoffs, and processes to execute ambitious production goals
- Work cross-functionally to allocate resources across manufacturing operations, manufacturing engineering, supply chain, and planning
- Develop and execute the strategy for transitioning AD&S from design into low-rate initial production (LRIP) and full-rate production (FRP)
- Run production planning by mapping production targets to resources, identifying constraints (materials, equipment, labor, facilities), and aligning plans to financial targets
- Collaborate with senior production leaders to identify future opportunities and challenges, creating strategic plans to future-proof the production organization
- Support production governance, reporting structures, business reviews, and annual planning to measure progress against production goals
- Execute special projects across supply chain, automation, international production, real estate, and business systems
You are a systems thinker who solves complex, ambiguous, cross-functional problems with a people-centric approach. You are high-ownership, low-ego, outcome-oriented, data-driven, and an incredibly fast learner. You are comfortable going deep on tactical details while maintaining strategic perspective.
Required: 3+ years of varied experience in operating roles at high-growth tech companies, supply chain, manufacturing, venture building, finance, or consulting. Must be eligible to hold a U.S. Top Secret clearance.
