Salary: USD 50,000 - 90,000 / annual

Locus Robotics is seeking an Onsite Support Engineer to serve as the primary technical owner of an autonomous mobile robot (AMR) fleet deployed at a customer warehouse in Las Vegas. You will be responsible for proactive fleet monitoring, system health optimization, and hands-on troubleshooting to maximize uptime and operational performance. Key responsibilities include: monitoring robot activity and task execution to ensure throughput targets are met; performing onsite hardware and software troubleshooting and repairs; conducting testing and validation to support product development; analyzing operational data (throughput, UPH, utilization) to generate actionable insights; acting as the liaison between customer operations and Locus internal teams; and helping develop standard operating procedures and best practices for future deployments. You will work Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM local time, embedded at the customer site. The role combines technical problem-solving with operational optimization and customer relationship management. You'll gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge robotics, warehouse automation workflows, and early-stage product deployments in a fast-paced environment. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field; 1+ years in warehouse operations, robotics, automation, or technical customer-facing roles; familiarity with warehouse picking workflows and productivity metrics; hands-on troubleshooting experience or strong technical aptitude; strong analytical skills; ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority; self-motivation and ownership mindset; willingness to work onsite daily; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and frequently bend, stoop, and reach; excellent English communication skills.
