As Ongoing Monitoring Operations Manager, you will lead a critical function within Tide's financial crime prevention operations. You'll report to the Lead Operations Manager and own a specific Ongoing Monitoring workstream, managing headcount, workload forecasts, and team performance. Your responsibilities include transaction monitoring, card payment monitoring, sanctions screening, and international payments oversight.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and manage workstream forecasts, SLAs, and strategies for meeting regulatory requirements
- Report workstream success and efficiency metrics to senior stakeholders
- Analyze large datasets using Excel and visualization tools to identify process improvements
- Reduce false positives and improve conversion rates through collaboration with technical and product teams
- Serve as the bridge between operations and product teams, driving efficiency improvements
- Proactively solve problems and investigate production issues with workarounds
- Ensure continuous optimization and scaling of critical workstreams
You'll work in a fast-scaling fintech environment managing complex fraud, AML, and financial crime processes. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, data literacy (Excel, SQL), and experience in regulated environments. You'll collaborate across technical and non-technical teams to enhance both operational efficiency and product quality, ultimately supporting Tide's mission to help SMEs save time and money.
