Justworks is seeking a Senior International Onboarding Specialist based in Mexico City to own the full technical and operational setup for international hires. You will manage complex international onboardings, ensuring 100% Day 1 compliance through execution of employment agreements, statutory policy alignment, local enrollments, and benefit implementations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own end-to-end technical and operational setup for international hires, ensuring compliance with local regulations
- Identify customer needs and recommend supplemental services (IT provisioning, background checks, benefits)
- Lead initiatives to improve customer and employee journey, driving efficiency across onboarding
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Customer Success, Operations, and Product teams
- Drive process innovation and automation to optimize workflows
- Act as a global EOR expert, guiding admins through country-specific nuances and market expansions
- Manage timelines and SLAs proactively, solving roadblocks creatively
- Lead strategic projects and collaborate across functions
- Advocate for customers and employees to influence product roadmap
- Support new market expansion by developing operational playbooks and best practices
