Justworks is seeking a Senior International Onboarding Specialist to own the full technical and operational setup for international hires. In this role, you will manage complex international onboardings across multiple countries, ensuring 100% Day 1 compliance through execution of employment agreements, statutory policy alignment, local enrollments, and benefit implementations.
Key responsibilities include identifying customer needs during implementation to recommend supplemental services (IT provisioning, background checks, supplemental benefits); leading high-impact initiatives to improve customer and employee journey efficiency; and partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Customer Success, Operations, and Product teams to resolve gaps and deliver cohesive experiences.
You will drive process innovation and automation, act as a global EOR expert guiding admins through country-specific nuances, and manage timelines and SLAs proactively. The role involves leading strategic projects, advocating for customer and employee needs to influence product roadmap decisions, and supporting business expansion by developing operational playbooks and best practices for new country onboarding.
