Graneet is a SaaS platform serving construction company leaders with activity management tools to optimize margins and prevent business failures. With over 1,000 clients and 40+ employees, the company is scaling rapidly in France.
You will join the Onboarding team under Nicolas (Team Lead Onboarding) and work closely with Elisa and Margot. The role sits within a three-part Customer Success structure: Onboarding (client activation), Customer Success (long-term relationship management), and Care (support).
Key responsibilities include:
**Customer Activation**: Serve as the trusted point of contact for newly onboarded clients. After handoff from the Account Executive, you design and execute a mid-touch deployment strategy aligned with client objectives. You manage configuration, training, data imports, and all resources needed for smooth onboarding.
**Activation Monitoring**: Track activation metrics across your client portfolio and drive actions to accelerate time-to-value. Ensure clear, structured handoffs to the Customer Success team once clients are fully operational.
**Product Feedback**: Maintain regular client communication to ensure satisfaction. Collect experience feedback to identify product improvement opportunities and relay insights to Product and Development teams.
**Documentation & Support**: Contribute to structuring and improving onboarding processes across the team. Participate in occasional customer support (~half-day monthly).
You'll need at least 3 years of professional experience as a Customer Success Manager with a focus on onboarding in a B2B SaaS environment. You're persuasive, able to engage stakeholders, autonomous in portfolio management, adaptable to daily surprises, and energized by joining a high-growth team.
The company emphasizes exigence, transparency, benevolence, and dynamism. Flexible hybrid policy (2 days remote/week) plus one annual 3-day offsite. Salary: €42,000–€55,000 fixed plus variable, reviewed annually against market benchmarks to ensure positioning above 60th percentile.
