CoAnalyst, part of Comply365's Safety group, is seeking an Onboarding Engineer to own the complete customer implementation journey from contract signature to live deployment. You will be the single point of ownership for enterprise airline customers, managing the technical and project aspects of bringing new customers online.
The role combines three equally weighted responsibilities: hands-on engineering, project leadership, and customer relationship management. You will build REST API and file-based integrations with customer enterprise systems, execute historical data migrations at scale, configure SSO federation (AWS Cognito with Entra ID, OIDC, SAML), handle data mapping and privacy workflows, and run the full implementation lifecycle including scope planning, timeline management, UAT coordination, and go-live execution.
You report to the Director of Product for CoAnalyst and work in a hybrid EU/UK arrangement with up to 40% travel to customer sites. The position requires established core working hours to maintain team overlap.
Key responsibilities include: owning the sign-to-live journey end-to-end; building integrations yourself using Python, TypeScript, or similar languages; handling enterprise identity and access management; running projects professionally with multiple stakeholder groups (business leads and IT security teams); serving as the customer's primary contact during onboarding; creating reusable playbooks and tooling to improve subsequent implementations; and feeding customer insights back to the product team.
You will not handle pre-sales activities, hand off technical work to other engineers, manage accounts post-go-live, or build core product features. The role is explicitly not pure engineering or pure project management—it requires genuine capability in both domains plus customer-facing communication.
CoAnalyst helps airlines surface operational risks in their data using AI, working with major flag carriers while maintaining startup-like velocity within a scale-up structure.
