Linx Security is seeking a proactive, organized Office Operations & Employee Experience Manager to join their People team in Tel Aviv. This is a hands-on role that sits at the center of company operations, responsible for creating an environment where teams thrive.
Key responsibilities include:
Office Management & Operations: Own day-to-day office operations ensuring the workspace remains welcoming, organized, and well-equipped. Manage relationships with office suppliers, service providers, landlords, and vendors. Oversee inventory, equipment, food, supplies, and maintenance. Identify opportunities to improve office processes and employee services.
Welfare & Employee Experience: Develop and execute the annual welfare calendar, including employee events, celebrations, team activities, and engagement initiatives. Proactively create new initiatives that strengthen employee connection and company culture. Support internal communications around company activities and People initiatives.
Employee Lifecycle: Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless employee experiences. Maintain HRIS and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality. Coordinate employee lifecycle documentation and cross-functional workflows. Continuously improve People processes as the company scales.
Social Media & Employer Brand: Own Linx's social media presence by creating and publishing engaging content showcasing company culture, events, and milestones. Support employer branding initiatives to attract talent. Monitor content performance and identify engagement opportunities.
Required qualifications include experience in office management, employee experience, or welfare roles (ideally in fast-growing tech companies). Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail. Experience with HR systems and employee lifecycle processes. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Hebrew and English. A proactive, hands-on mindset with genuine passion for creating exceptional employee experiences.
