Salary: USD 80,000 - 95,000 / annual

We're seeking a detail-oriented Office Manager to serve as the operational heartbeat of our NYC office. You'll be the first face visitors encounter and the go-to person for the team's daily needs, creating an environment where creativity and productivity thrive. This role blends facilities management precision with genuine hospitality. Key responsibilities include: **Administrative Management:** Process and maintain NDAs, waivers, and contracts; coordinate guest and candidate onboarding; handle incoming/outgoing packages and mail; manage digital and physical filing systems; serve as primary vendor and service provider contact; negotiate partnerships with local hotels and vendors; support visiting executives and special projects. **Office Operations & Facilities:** Oversee office maintenance and address facility issues promptly; maintain daily cleanliness and organization; manage security systems including badge access and camera monitoring; operate and support the onsite music studio for artist partnerships; provide plant care; monitor and stock food/beverage supplies; coordinate daily lunch program including setup and cleanup; maintain office supply inventory; manage guest/visitor access and building security registration; oversee AV systems setup and troubleshooting; coordinate device procurement and inventory. **Team Experience:** Plan and execute team events and activities; create a welcoming environment for employees and visitors; support office culture initiatives; assist the talent acquisition team with onsite coordination; support new hire onboarding. You'll thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. The ideal candidate brings meticulous organizational skills, natural warmth, strong vendor management experience, and proficiency with office management software. A proactive problem-solving mindset and comfort with changing priorities are essential. A love of music is a significant plus. Compensation: $80,000–$95,000 annually plus target equity and comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k).
