Salary: USD 70,000 - 90,000 / annual

Fi is a Series B pet-tech startup transforming pet ownership through real-time location tracking, activity monitoring, and behavior insights. The company is building a dog-friendly workplace culture and seeks an Office Manager to oversee all day-to-day operations at their NYC headquarters. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of Fi's in-office experience. Your responsibilities include managing office supplies, equipment, snacks, and mail; maintaining an organized, aesthetically pleasing workspace; coordinating with building management, vendors, and maintenance teams; and ensuring everything runs smoothly. You'll partner with the People team to drive in-office culture through events, seasonal decor, and team experiences. You'll also own new-hire onboarding logistics—prepping desks, managing access badges, and ensuring a welcoming first day. Additional duties include tracking office budgets, managing vendor contracts, handling package logistics, and conceptualizing/distributing Fi swag and team gifts. You'll be the friendly face of Fi, greeting guests, candidates, and team members with warmth and hospitality. Fi's office is dog-friendly, and the role sits at the intersection of operations, culture, and hospitality.
