Osmo is a digital olfaction company developing technology to give computers a sense of smell for applications across fragrance, manufacturing, security, medicine, and other industries. The company is headquartered in Elizabeth, NJ with an additional office in Somerville, MA. As New Product Introduction Manager, you will own the operational handoff where customer projects transition from onboarding into production, fulfillment, and deployment. You serve as the primary operational point of contact for assigned customers post-launch, ensuring manufacturing, procurement, product development, quality, and delivery teams remain aligned and execute against customer commitments. Key responsibilities include: - Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned customers, building trust through proactive updates - Track material availability, fragrance readiness, packaging readiness, and production milestones; flag constraints before they become delays - Keep manufacturing priorities and deployment schedules in sync with customer commitments - Own customer orders end-to-end from operational handoff through fulfillment, including schedule changes and modifications - Coordinate across Manufacturing, Procurement, Product Development, Quality, and Turnkey Delivery teams, holding them accountable to timelines - Run execution reviews and escalation discussions when project milestones or customer expectations are at risk - Identify operational risks early and build mitigation plans - Coordinate readiness activities tied to oil shipments as part of manufacturing handoff - Support new tools, reporting, and workflows that increase visibility and scalability You will be tenacious about closing gaps before they become customer-facing problems, genuinely curious about how fragrance gets made, and skilled at holding internal teams accountable while maintaining strong customer relationships. Within 6-12 months, success means customers feel informed and confident throughout project execution, manufacturing priorities stay aligned with commitments, orders move efficiently through planning and fulfillment with early risk detection, and internal teams remain aligned on priorities and responsibilities. REQUIREMENTS: - 6+ years in customer success, operations, manufacturing coordination, supply chain, or project management, ideally in fragrance and flavor industry - Experience supporting customer-facing programs in manufacturing, consumer products, fragrance, or industrial environments - Demonstrated ability to track and close loose ends across procurement, production, and customer communication - Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills with good judgment on escalation - Genuine understanding of fragrance readiness and production sequencing - Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple customer programs simultaneously Desirable qualifications: - Contract manufacturing experience - Production planning, order fulfillment, or S&OP process familiarity - Hands-on ERP, CRM, and project management systems experience - Product launch or customer deployment program support experience
