Talkspace is seeking an experienced Network Strategic Operations Coordinator to join the Network & Clinical Quality team. This remote role (Eastern Time) is responsible for coordinating and supporting the planning, implementation, and launch of strategic initiatives across Network Operations, ensuring projects remain organized, on track, and within scope from planning through execution.
Key responsibilities include:
**Network Operations & Strategic Initiatives**: Coordinate planning, implementation, and execution of new initiatives and strategic projects. Serve as project manager for assigned initiatives, developing project plans, timelines, milestones, and launch requirements. Support initiatives from concept through implementation, launch, and post-launch follow-up. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects remain on track and aligned with business objectives. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively escalate issues with recommendations. Organize and maintain project documentation, trackers, and status reports. Coordinate project meetings, establish agendas, and document action items. Support development and implementation of new processes and operational procedures. Exercise critical thinking to identify process improvement opportunities. Support reporting, auditing, and tracking activities for compliance and accuracy. Coordinate launch readiness activities and post-launch monitoring.
**Provider & Facility Coordination**: Work directly with providers to coordinate scheduling, availability, logistics, and operational requirements. Serve as primary liaison between providers and facilities to facilitate communication. Coordinate with facilities to understand operational requirements and dependencies. Communicate project expectations, timelines, and changes clearly. Proactively identify and resolve scheduling or operational challenges. Maintain strong working relationships with providers and facilities.
**Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the Network Strategy team to coordinate priorities and ensure alignment. Partner with team members to identify dependencies and operational gaps. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including technical, clinical, and operational teams. Support identification of trends and opportunities impacting provider or facility operations. Provide project status updates and communicate risks and accomplishments.
**Requirements**: BA/BS degree preferred. 2+ years of operations, project coordination, project management, healthcare operations, or related experience required. Experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. Experience with technical platforms, operational workflows, and application funnels. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets (filters, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formatting, data validation, large datasets). Strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, critical thinking, problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented with focus on accuracy and accountability. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities. Bonus: Business Intelligence experience.
