Salary: USD 64,000 - 75,000 / annual
Talkspace is seeking a Network Onboarding Specialist to join the Network & Clinical Quality team. This role oversees day-to-day onboarding workflows for both 1099 independent contractors and W2 employees in Talkspace's provider network. You'll partner with the Network Onboarding Manager to streamline processes, support provider onboarding and account maintenance, and assist the clinical team with W2 initiatives and enrollment reporting.
Key responsibilities include managing onboarding operations across Fountain, Talkspace Admin, and other platforms; ensuring smooth phase transitions, contracting, and provider account changes; documenting and executing onboarding requirements; and supporting the clinical team in W2 provider onboarding. You'll also identify process improvements by analyzing enrollment trends, spotting bugs and product gaps, and troubleshooting operational bottlenecks. The role requires active participation in recurring team meetings and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
You'll bring 1–2 years of customer-facing experience, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working in fast-paced environments. A BA/BS degree is preferred. This is a fully remote position based on Eastern Time, with Talkspace headquarters in NYC.
