The Business Technology team is seeking a NetSuite Administrator to own and evolve the company's NetSuite instance. This role supports a fast-growing, multi-site, and multi-national organization with complex business needs.
You will be responsible for maintaining and scaling the NetSuite platform to support the organization's growth trajectory. With several years of hands-on NetSuite experience, you understand how to adapt the platform to meet evolving business requirements, manage data integrity, configure workflows, and optimize system performance. You will work closely with finance, operations, and other business teams to identify system improvements and implement solutions that reduce friction and enhance outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the NetSuite instance configuration and customization
- Supporting multi-site and multi-national operations
- Ensuring system scalability, resilience, and performance
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system enhancements
- Maintaining data quality and system documentation
- Troubleshooting issues and providing technical support
