Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking a Manufacturing Security Operations Center (MSOC) Manager to build and lead the MSOC team supporting security operations across large-scale manufacturing facilities. Reporting to the Program Manager of Manufacturing Security, you will oversee the selection, training, supervision, and quality assurance of the MSOC team while developing comprehensive procedures, standards, and operational documentation. Key responsibilities include: • Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day MSOC operations, ensure adequate staffing coverage, identify and address process gaps, and align service levels with stakeholder expectations. • Incident Management Support: Serve as the administrative point-of-contact during major incidents and events. Participate in incident management calls and post-event debriefs, assembling timelines and supporting after-action reviews. • Emergency Services Liaison: Establish and maintain relationships with local Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) to ensure coordinated incident reporting and pre-planned logistics for emergency responses. • Documentation Development: Plan, develop, and implement written procedures, standards, job aids, and reference materials to establish consistent expectations and scalability for MSOC operations. • Quality Assurance Program: Develop and oversee a QA program that reviews incident intake records and response data to ensure team execution aligns with written guidance and best practices. • Training Program Development: Create and oversee a comprehensive training program for new MSOC staff to adequately prepare them for the role. • Security Technology Management: Act as a power user for technical systems used by the MSOC team, ensuring system configuration aligns with operational needs and supporting technical issue resolution. • Responder Integration: Work closely with security operations and response teams to ensure seamless integration into the MSOC's dispatch and communications model. • Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with site leadership, operations management, facilities, HR, EHS, and other internal departments to address concerns and integrate requests into operational workflows. The MSOC will operate 24/7/365, triaging reports and requests, dispatching responders, monitoring technical security alarms, coordinating emergency responses, and escalating significant incidents to Anduril's Global Security Operations Center.
