ARX Robotics is seeking a Mission Operations Project Manager to lead fast-paced, high-impact projects bringing advanced autonomous ground systems into real-world military applications. This is a hands-on role focused on supporting field deployments and ensuring successful integration of robotics technology in complex, mission-critical environments.
In this position, you will spearhead operational projects from initial planning through successful field deployment. You'll serve as the primary communication bridge between internal engineering, logistics, and business teams and key military partners, ensuring alignment and mission success. Your responsibilities include navigating complex project logistics—managing timelines, resources, and risk—while coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver results in the field.
You will represent ARX Robotics on the ground, with willingness to travel up to 25% for on-site collaboration and direct customer engagement. The role demands someone who thrives in ambiguity, thinks on their feet, and can adapt quickly to evolving operational requirements. While a background in unmanned ground vehicles (UGVs) is not required, genuine curiosity about autonomous systems technology and a hands-on, problem-solving attitude are essential.
