Anduril Industries is seeking an experienced Mission Operations Lead to plan, organize, direct, and lead internal and external program activities for the Electronic Warfare (EW) business line. This role sits at the intersection of customer engagement, cross-functional program management, and rapid product deployment.
You will serve in a customer-facing capacity, working directly with the Department of War to develop and deploy Anduril's integrated hardware-software products. Key responsibilities include managing field events, product deployments, and demonstrations; coordinating across Test & Evaluation, Logistics, Growth, and Engineering teams to rapidly deliver EW capabilities to users; and owning the end-to-end execution of test events ranging from software-in-the-loop simulations to full flight tests.
You will manage and unblock cross-team projects, instilling efficient project management practices across functional teams. You'll translate technical concepts into operational requirements and performance specifications, provide input to product and engineering teams on feature development, and support end-users through training content development and delivery. Additionally, you will develop user feedback and engagement systems, coordinate issue tracking and escalations, and drive clarity and progress by removing obstacles and managing competing priorities.
Required qualifications include 6+ years as a Program Manager, Project Lead, or Cross-Functional Team Leader; demonstrated experience planning and executing complex events; expertise in rapidly iterating test environments with integrated software and hardware development; and operational experience with EW systems development, employment, or integration. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
