Anduril Industries is seeking a Mission Operations Engineer to lead the deployment, integration, and operational success of advanced defense systems for Intelligence Community customers. This is an execution-focused role for a highly technical professional ready to take ownership of a critical, fast-growing defense account. You will orchestrate system deployments by leading technical configuration, deployment, and integration of Anduril's AI-powered systems. You'll design and deliver hands-on training to military, security, and tactical operators, ensuring they can effectively use the platform. A key responsibility is bridging the gap between field operators and engineering teams—translating real-world operational requirements, workflow challenges, and software issues back to internal teams to drive continuous improvement. You'll build trust-based relationships with military officers, technical stakeholders, and end-users to ensure high system adoption and uncover future mission needs. Cross-functional collaboration with program management, engineering, and legal teams is essential to ensure seamless project delivery. Required qualifications include a mission-first mindset, adaptability in unstructured environments, and strong collaboration skills. You must have relevant training experience with operators and administrators of communications devices, plus strong software and systems literacy—including ability to configure software, troubleshoot systems, understand IP networking, APIs, and data integration. Outstanding communication skills are essential for building rapport with both tactical operators and high-ranking military stakeholders. You must be willing to travel up to 30% and currently possess an active U.S. Secret security clearance. Preferred qualifications include prior military or defense background (tactical ops, signals, intelligence, or C2) and a degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical discipline.
