Anduril Industries is seeking a Mission Operations Engineer to establish and lead the company's operational footprint in the Netherlands. As the first Mission Operations hire on the ground in the country, you will serve as the primary technical and operational bridge between Anduril's Connected Warfare division and Dutch defense and national security customers. The Connected Warfare division builds command and control (C2) systems powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that integrates thousands of data streams into real-time, 3D command centers. These systems enable connected warfare across multiple domains by connecting robots, humans, and sensors globally. In this execution-focused role, you will orchestrate the deployment and integration of Lattice OS and Connected Warfare software suites within Dutch defense ecosystems and command centers. You will design and deliver hands-on training to military, security, and tactical operators, ensuring they can fully exploit the C2 systems and AI-powered interfaces. Working directly with military end-users, you will translate real-world operational requirements and technical challenges back to engineering teams in the UK and globally. Key responsibilities include leading technical configurations and system deployments, building trust-based relationships with military officers and technical stakeholders, bridging gaps between field operators and engineering teams, and collaborating with Europe-based program management and global teams to ensure seamless project delivery. You should be a technical generalist with strong software systems knowledge, data structures understanding, and C2 workflow expertise. The role requires comfort troubleshooting complex software and system integration issues in high-pressure environments. You must be a self-starter who thrives in unstructured environments, works independently, and drives tasks to completion. Excellent communication skills are essential for building rapport with both tactical operators and high-ranking military stakeholders. Required qualifications include relevant field operations, systems engineering, technical deployment, or defense technology experience. You need strong technical aptitude with proven ability to configure software, troubleshoot systems, and understand IP networking, APIs, and data integration. Fluency in written and spoken English is required, along with a passport/visa allowing rapid travel across Europe and the UK. Based in or willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
