Anduril Industries is seeking a Mission Operations Engineer to support the Connected Warfare division's global command and control systems. This role bridges customer needs and internal product teams, providing post-sales technical support and training for Anduril Voyager products to both internal and external customers.
You will work across Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure customer mission success. Responsibilities include delivering technical support and training in help desk and field environments, troubleshooting complex system issues, and collaborating with product teams to rapidly address customer challenges. You'll be deeply engaged with how customers interact with products, gathering feedback to improve user experience and operational tactics.
