Anduril Industries is seeking a Mission Operations Engineer to support the Connected Warfare division, which builds systems for global command and control missions. This role bridges customer needs and internal product teams, providing post-sales technical support for Anduril Voyager products. You will work across Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure customer mission success. Responsibilities include providing technical support and training to internal and external customers, resolving technical issues in both help desk and field environments, and collaborating with product teams to address customer needs and improve user experience. You'll develop deep understanding of how customers interact with Voyager systems and help evolve their operational tactics and techniques. The Mission Operations team owns customer relationships and is responsible for developing, planning, and deploying Anduril products in support of military missions. You'll work side-by-side with customers to understand their problem sets and shape Anduril's offerings to fit mission requirements. This role requires navigating organizational hurdles and balancing competing priorities across multiple stakeholder groups. Anduril's Connected Warfare division creates joint, time-sensitive, multi-domain mesh ecosystems that connect robots, humans, and sensors across all domains. The company is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that provides real-time 3D command and control. You'll be working with cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology. The ideal candidate has a mission-first mindset, ownership mentality, technical aptitude, and intellectual curiosity about complex systems. You should be comfortable with machine learning, autonomy, distributed networking, and multi-modal sensor fusion concepts. Strong communication skills, structured thinking, and problem-solving ability are essential. You'll need to develop rapport at both user and executive levels and thrive as a collaborative team member.
