Anduril Industries is seeking a Mission Operations Engineer to join the Connected Warfare division in Colorado Springs. This role is central to executing global command and control missions by orchestrating the deployment of Anduril's advanced hardware and software products in support of customer operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Deployment & Operations: Lead planning and field deployment of Anduril's flagship products. Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and technical operations teams to train end users, ensure high product performance, and maintain close engagement with how customers interact with systems. Rapidly identify and resolve issues in partnership with product teams.
Customer Success & Growth: Own executive and operational relationships with military customers. Meet commercial targets that drive business growth by establishing trust-based partnerships. Understand customer problem sets at both strategic and tactical levels, and articulate how Anduril's technology creates measurable impact. Identify future opportunities for expanded engagement.
Product Shaping: Work directly with customers to understand mission-critical challenges. Represent the customer voice within Anduril's engineering organization, informing product development priorities and ensuring solutions address real warfighter needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate across nearly every Anduril function—business development, engineering, product, logistics, finance, legal, contracting, and technical operations—to ensure seamless deployment of complex systems and alignment across stakeholders.
