Salary: USD 112,000 - 149,000 / annual

Anduril Industries is seeking a Mission Operations Engineer to join the Air Dominance & Strike Division's Mission Autonomy team. This role bridges customer needs and product delivery, focusing on the execution and success of government accounts developing next-generation collaborative combat aircraft and autonomy software. You will serve as a customer-facing engineer working directly with the Department of Defense to develop and deploy integrated hardware-software products. Key responsibilities include owning the deployment of autonomy capabilities at test and demonstration events, designing and implementing user feedback loops to gather and prioritize requirements, and providing input to product and engineering teams to drive feature development. You will support the delivery of contract deliverables including developing performance measures, writing technical reports, and creating user engagement roadmaps. Additionally, you'll develop training content, integrate capabilities into unit training schedules, and deliver training to end-users. You'll work cross-functionally with Test & Evaluation, Logistics, Growth, and Engineering teams to rapidly deliver real capability to military users. Required qualifications include experience translating technical concepts into operational requirements and performance specifications, project management and product deployment experience, eligibility to obtain and maintain a Top Secret SCI security clearance, and willingness to travel up to 50%. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with autonomous systems, client management experience, prior military or government acquisition/contracting experience, and training and teaching background.
