Applied Intuition is a $15B-valued AI infrastructure company powering autonomous systems across automotive, defense, mining, and agriculture. This role leads on-site field operations at customer mining deployments, managing daily execution of autonomous vehicle testing programs. You will oversee all site-level operations including utilities, safety protocols, communication systems, and fleet access/security. You'll coordinate test schedules and activities for Test Specialists and Vehicle Operators, ensuring alignment between field execution and technical test objectives. As the primary customer contact, you'll facilitate communication between Applied Intuition teams and mining site stakeholders. Key responsibilities include promoting a strong safety culture through real-time hazard identification and risk escalation, conducting site-level risk assessments (HIRA-style), and managing vendor/contractor accountability. You'll partner closely with test engineering to understand technical requirements and deliver flawless field execution. The role also involves identifying continuous improvement opportunities for operational efficiency and cross-functional coordination, and gathering operational feedback to inform product development. This is an execution-focused position in dynamic, rugged mining environments. You'll work 5 days/week on-site in Arizona, with occasional flexibility for remote work.
