Arrive Logistics is a leading transportation and technology company in North America seeking a Mexico Account Coordinator to support the Business Development and Client Success teams within the Cross-Border Mexico department. In this role, you will manage daily operations for intra-US business on existing Mexico client accounts and oversee shipment execution including load building and scheduling. Your primary responsibility is to effectively manage a book of business, enabling the BD and CS teams to focus on new client acquisitions and cross-border operations. Key responsibilities include: - Building loads in the system according to customer requirements with accuracy and timeliness - Managing and scheduling appointments to ensure shipments are picked up and delivered on the customer's timeline while optimizing transits for carrier favorability - Delivering proactive, professional communication with Mexico Account Representatives, carrier representatives, and customer contacts regarding rescheduling, tracking updates, and delays - Obtaining pre-pickup information and communicating anticipated delays to customers - Prioritizing exceptions and coordinating with internal departments on shipment updates and accessorial charges - Ensuring all paperwork is received and loads are properly closed out - Proactively identifying potential concerns with aging customers in collaboration with management and BD representatives - Managing customer external transportation management systems (TMS) - Building and maintaining relationships with carrier representatives and partners for real-time updates - Identifying and solving operational issues with assertiveness - Staying current with transportation industry knowledge and company SOPs The company offers a casual, collaborative work environment with an award-winning culture focused on personal and professional development. Qualifications: - Fluency in Spanish and English (required) - High school diploma or equivalent (minimum) - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study (preferred) - Proven commitment and work ethic demonstrated in school or work settings - Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments while multitasking - Ability to take and execute verbal and written instructions with confidence - Polished communication skills with exceptional interpersonal abilities, both verbal and written
