As a Merchant Onboarding Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end onboarding journey for restaurant and retail partners, ensuring they are set up for long-term success on the Wolt platform. You'll collaborate with internal teams, oversee compliance and content setup, and deliver a smooth onboarding experience while maintaining Wolt's high standards.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Managing the onboarding process for new restaurant and retail merchants
- Creating and maintaining merchant venue pages, including menu setup, product photos, translations, and updates in line with Wolt's brand standards
- Ensuring merchants receive high-quality service throughout onboarding by monitoring progress, addressing needs, and maintaining supportive communication
- Supporting post-activation success by sharing insights, best practices, and aligning merchants with Wolt's service standards
- Overseeing administrative systems to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and updated databases

Requirements:
- Fluent in Romanian and English
- Tech-savvy with ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools
- Experience with Excel or Google Sheets (strong advantage)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Structured and service-oriented mindset
- Self-starter with can-do attitude and motivation to improve processes continuously
