Anchorage Digital is building an advanced digital asset platform for institutions to participate in crypto. The company operates Anchorage Digital Bank N.A., the first federally chartered crypto bank in the U.S., and serves institutions globally through multiple offices. Backed by leading investors including Andreessen Horowitz, GIC, Goldman Sachs, KKR, and Visa, with a Series D valuation over $3 billion, the company offers custody, staking, trading, governance, settlement, and security infrastructure for institutional clients. As a Member of Custody Operations, Digital Assets, you will support day-to-day operations for institutional clients participating in digital assets. You will review client transactions and instructions, ensure excellent operational experiences, manage transactions in a risk-conscious manner, and serve as an internal advocate for clients in partnership with Client Experience teams. You will develop deep familiarity with client operations, anticipate their needs, and understand the regulatory and operational considerations across the custody platform. Key responsibilities include: - Servicing institutional clients by managing operational tasks, developing and executing operational processes, and performing transaction reviews and approvals - Developing familiarity with all product and service offerings, including product features and supported cryptocurrencies - Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Client Experience, Sales, Compliance, Product) to develop operational solutions for complex client requests - Participating in regular evening and weekend on-call rotations - Contributing to process improvement initiatives and supporting rollout of new operational workflows - Proactively identifying and escalating potential client and organizational risks The role requires in-person onboarding and regular physical presence due to security protocols and company culture priorities. REQUIREMENTS: - 2–4 years of professional experience in financial services and/or the digital assets industry - Experience supporting institutional client operations within financial services or another heavily regulated industry - Familiarity with traditional financial services, products, and strategies - Experience supporting clients across multiple channels (chat, text, telephone, email, video conferencing) - Foundational knowledge of—or strong interest in—blockchain, crypto-economics, and security engineering - Proven ability to adapt and learn quickly as business strategies evolve and new products are introduced - Familiarity with US Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements - Technical aptitude to quickly navigate and learn software systems such as Salesforce, Jira, and Looker - Ability to execute end-to-end processing of client operations, including receiving, verifying, and reviewing transactions accurately and in a timely manner BONUS: - Experience using operational and compliance tools such as TRM, Notabene, or Jira
