Salary: USD 24 - 28 / hourly

Imagine Pediatrics is a tech-enabled, pediatrician-led medical group reimagining care for children with special healthcare needs. The company delivers 24/7 virtual-first and in-home medical, behavioral, and social care, working alongside families, providers, and health plans to break down barriers to quality care. As a Medication Support Navigator, you will work on the clinical pharmacy team to support the mission of increasing safe days at home for children with special health and behavioral care needs. You will focus on improving medication-related outcomes by supporting medication access needs for pediatric patients with chronic medical and behavioral health conditions. Key responsibilities include: - Manage, triage, and assign clinical pharmacy referrals to appropriate team members - Support internal and external team members in the clinical pharmacy referral process - Schedule patient and caregiver appointments for pharmacist-driven clinical programs - Prepare charts in advance of Clinical Pharmacist appointments - Communicate with pharmacies, insurance companies, and internal team members to resolve medication access barriers - Complete medication histories - Monitor incoming medication renewal requests and manage per internal protocols - Monitor incoming prior authorization requests and prepare documentation for pharmacist review - Work independently with pharmacist oversight and cooperatively with others within and outside the department The role is primarily remote with quarterly travel for training. Schedule will rotate to serve families needing later appointment times, with anticipated hours in Central Time (8:00am–6:00pm CT range) or Eastern Time (8:00am–6:00pm ET range), with possible shifts in other time zones. Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Current accredited pharmacy technician certification (such as PTCB); maintenance of certification expected - Registration with applicable state board(s) of pharmacy as required by law; maintenance of all technician registration for all assigned states expected - 3+ years' experience as a pharmacy technician - Pediatrics experience preferred - Ambulatory clinic or specialty pharmacy experience preferred - Proficiency with electronic health record systems - Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred
