Spark Advisors is a fast-growing healthcare technology platform transforming how Medicare brokers serve seniors. The company combines AI, CRM tools, and client services to help 10,000+ independent Medicare advisors acquire, enroll, and support clients across the country.
As a Medicare Compliance & QA Associate, you will be the operational backbone of Spark's compliance function. Reporting to the Medicare Compliance & QA Supervisor, you'll manage the complete lifecycle of compliance cases—from intake through resolution—ensuring timely, accurate handling of both CTM and Non-CTM matters. Your primary responsibility (80% of time) involves case management: triaging compliance inquiries in Intercom, maintaining detailed case records, communicating with agents and carriers, monitoring progress, and conducting audits to verify documentation accuracy and regulatory adherence.
You'll also spend 10% of your time providing targeted coaching to agents on compliance requirements, documentation standards, and best practices. This includes identifying recurring issues, supporting agents through carrier audits, and maintaining coaching records and completion metrics.
The remaining 10% focuses on operational support: maintaining audit-ready records, preparing compliance reports on case volume and turnaround times, collaborating on process improvements, and supporting special projects as priorities evolve.
You'll work closely with Platform, Contracting, Finance, and Sales teams to maintain the highest compliance standards across Spark's agent network. The role requires comfort with tools like Intercom, Excel, Airtable, and CRM systems, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders. You should be adaptable in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape and capable of managing multiple cases and priorities simultaneously.
