Tandem Health is a fast-scaling healthtech company reimagining healthcare by building an AI clinical operating system designed by clinicians, for clinicians. The company is backed by top investors and expanding globally with a focus on intuitive medical workflows and patient care support. In this Medical Operations role based in Greece, you will be a key member of the Global Medical Operations team, driving the rollout of Tandem's platform to influential healthcare organisations worldwide. This is a highly visible position with direct engagement with executives, medical leaders, and end-users across multiple markets. Key responsibilities include: - Leading live product demos for prospective clients and supporting global commercial efforts - Designing and adapting workflows and templates for diverse markets and large-scale customers - Partnering with product, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure smooth rollouts and seamless workflow integration - Representing Tandem at international conferences, workshops, and customer events - Guiding clinicians through onboarding, training, and day-to-day support - Troubleshooting and solving problems to maximize clinician value from the platform - Building templates and prompts that contribute to the evolution of Tandem's AI assistant - Managing clinical safety incidents and optimizing internal operations for safe scaling You will travel up to 25% to meet the core team in Stockholm and clinicians across Greece and other markets. REQUIREMENTS: - Clinical experience in healthcare (e.g., general practice, hospital, private practice) - Exposure to consulting, corporate, or startup environments - Passion for technology, AI, and their potential to transform care - Strong communication skills—equally comfortable with executives, engineers, and frontline clinicians - Organisational strength and process-driven mindset - Ownership, curiosity, and initiative in a fast-paced environment - Fluent communication in Greek (required) - Flexibility to travel up to 25% BONUS QUALIFICATIONS: - Experience with prompting or large language models (LLMs) - Background in healthtech or SaaS - Familiarity with EU clinical safety or digital health regulations - Track record in implementation projects or customer rollouts
