Tandem Health is a fast-scaling healthtech company reimagining clinical workflows through AI-powered solutions. The platform generates clinical notes, certificates, and referrals from consultation conversations, and provides relevant diagnosis and procedure codes. Tandem is expanding globally and assembling a top-tier team in Finland to bring its AI solutions to dental professionals across public wellbeing services and private dental clinics.
In this Medical Operations role, you will lead the implementation of Tandem's solutions within dental practices and clinics, acting as a trusted advisor supporting users through their transition to AI-powered workflows. You will develop deep understanding of dental clinical workflows and tailor Tandem's platform to meet the unique needs of dentists, dental hygienists, and practice teams. Your responsibilities include delivering expert user support, resolving issues quickly, and identifying product improvement opportunities based on customer feedback.
You will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams, helping shape Tandem's dental offering by sharing customer insights and participating in focused product development initiatives. You will represent Tandem at dental conferences, industry events, and workshops, sharing the vision for how AI can transform dental care.
You bring clinical experience working as a dentist in a clinical setting, with exposure to consulting, startups, or entrepreneurial environments being advantageous. You have genuine passion for technology and AI—while technical expertise is not required, curiosity, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn are essential. You demonstrate adaptability, an entrepreneurial approach, quick thinking, positivity, and excellent interpersonal skills. You are professionally fluent in Finnish with excellent English communication skills.
This is a full-time, in-office role based in Helsinki where you will work collaboratively with your local team and Stockholm-based colleagues. Local travel to meet customers and trips to Stockholm for full-team meetings are required. Tandem values high performance, diverse perspectives, and shared drive to change healthcare.
