Infinitum is revolutionizing motor technology with patented Aircore technology that delivers superior performance in half the weight and size while reducing carbon footprint compared to traditional motors. The Master Scheduler role is central to translating customer demand, forecasts, and long-range business requirements into an executable, capacity-constrained master supply plan across Motor and Fan Systems operations.
You will own the Master Production Schedule and provide forward-looking visibility of supply, capacity, inventory, and material constraints to support reliable customer commitments. This is a people-leadership role managing two Materials Planners (one supporting Motors, one supporting Fan Systems) located in Ramos Arizpe, Mexico, while serving as the primary Supply Chain interface with Sales Operations and Customer Service.
Key responsibilities include: translating customer orders and forecasts into an integrated Master Production Schedule; reviewing requirements against inventory, manufacturing capacity, material availability, and supplier constraints; establishing realistic customer delivery commitments using available-to-promise and capacity-to-promise principles; identifying capacity gaps early to support mitigation; coordinating supply between Motors and Fan Systems; leading cross-functional demand-versus-supply and production planning reviews; maintaining ERP/MRP parameters and planning systems (NetSuite, Kinaxis); developing planning reports and KPIs (OTIF, schedule attainment, capacity utilization, inventory health); and conducting root-cause analysis of missed schedules.
You will coordinate with Purchasing on long-lead materials, Engineering on ECO/MCO transitions and new product introductions, and Logistics on product availability and shipment requirements. The role requires travel to Ramos Arizpe, Mexico as needed.
