Salary: USD 160,000 - 220,000 / annual
Hadrian is building autonomous factories to reindustrialize America by combining AI, advanced software, robotics, and full-stack manufacturing to help aerospace and defense companies build rockets, satellites, aircraft, ships, and other mission-critical systems up to 10x faster and at significantly lower cost.
The Master Scheduler is responsible for developing and managing the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for key programs and products, serving as the central integrator between program, manufacturing engineering, supply chain, and operations timelines. This role partners cross-functionally to ensure alignment between engineering schedules, supply chain lead times, and delivery commitments in a dynamic, high-mix new product introduction (NPI) manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing Integrated Master Schedules for products, programs, capabilities, and production sites, sequencing development, procurement, construction, equipment installation, and qualification activities across concurrent NPI and factory-buildout workstreams
- Owning schedule updates and ensuring the schedule serves as a trusted decision-making tool and reliable source of valid data
- Tracking schedule performance against baseline, proactively identifying risk, quantifying impacts of changes, and surfacing key insights to drive solutioning
- Facilitating cross-functional schedule reviews and ensuring stakeholder alignment on milestone dates, deliverables, and resource trade-offs
- Supporting definition of scheduling philosophy, standards, and patterns while systematizing and automating to efficiently scale scheduling
Required qualifications include 7+ years of experience in integrated scheduling, project management, engineering, or manufacturing planning; demonstrated experience developing and managing an Integrated Master Schedule; strong knowledge of scheduling methodologies and principles; proficiency with scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera P6, Smartsheets, etc.) and ability to build automations and connectors; and strong stakeholder partnership and communication skills.
Experience that sets candidates apart includes background in aerospace, defense, automotive, robotics, or complex hardware manufacturing; comfort with ambiguity and proven delivery of meaningful outcomes; ability to bring structure and process to fast-paced environments; and experience supporting multi-site or multi-program production environments or working knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar analytics tools.
The role is based in Los Angeles, CA. ITAR compliance required: must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or eligible to obtain required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
