Berkshire Grey seeks a Master Scheduler to own and drive execution of the company's integrated engineering, production, and deployment schedules. This role serves as the central coordinator of all program timelines, ensuring every dependency, milestone, deliverable, and critical path is accurately reflected and proactively managed across hardware, software, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and customer deployment workstreams. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining an integrated master schedule (IMS) that serves as the single source of truth for program execution; performing critical path analysis and identifying schedule risks before they become execution problems; coordinating with engineering, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and program teams to identify dependencies and resolve conflicts; running regular schedule reviews and challenging unrealistic or incomplete schedules; tracking progress against plan and reporting on critical path, schedule variance, milestone completion, risks, and recovery plans; and driving schedule discipline across the organization through relentless follow-up on overdue updates and missed commitments. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience managing complex technical schedules in robotics, automation, manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, medical devices, or similar industries. Expert proficiency with Microsoft Project is required, along with strong understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM), dependency management, schedule risk analysis, resource-loaded schedules, and earned schedule concepts. Experience integrating hardware, software, manufacturing, supply chain, and deployment schedules is essential. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, combined with exceptional attention to detail, persistence, and the confidence to hold teams accountable, are critical to success.
