Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000 / annual

Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking a Master Scheduler for its Air Dominance & Strike Division. This division develops collaborative combat aircraft, missiles, and autonomous weapons software powered by Lattice OS, an AI-driven command and control platform. In this role, you will own the development and maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for one or more strategic defense programs. You will serve as the single source of truth for program schedules, working closely with Program Managers and Integrated Product Team leads to ensure schedules reflect current program understanding and accurately capture scope, duration, and resource impacts. Key responsibilities include: - Consulting with Program Managers and Engineering Leads to establish assignments, tasks, and subtasks - Developing and maintaining effective scheduling management systems across programs - Creating and coordinating integrated master schedules (IMS) and integrated master plans (IMP) with internal and external stakeholders - Monitoring and statusing program schedules, identifying problem areas, and establishing corrective actions - Resource-loading and delivering monthly IMS updates to customers - Developing work breakdown structures (WBS) aligned with schedule inputs - Evaluating performance and preparing progress reports based on schedule and cost performance - Accommodating regular schedule updates and changes - Recommending actions to maintain budget and timeline adherence - Documenting scheduling processes and maintaining records Success requires strong understanding of Integrated Master Schedule and earned value management methods, familiarity with government acquisition processes (SDRLs, CDRLs), and an execution mindset. You must be comfortable digging into details with cross-functional teams to identify conflicts and risks for leadership escalation. Required qualifications: Microsoft Project and Critical Path Methodology experience, government acquisition and reporting familiarity, presentation and leadership skills, JIRA/Confluence experience, PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) certification, EVMS experience, and current Secret clearance (must be able to obtain and hold U.S. security clearance). Preferred: large government contract experience.
