Nexthink is seeking a Marketing & Sales Operations Lead to join the Revenue Operations team. This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales, and Systems—close enough to systems to fix broken processes and data structures, yet close enough to the business to advise leadership on pipeline coverage and campaign performance. You will serve as a trusted advisor to Marketing teams, owning marketing leading and lagging indicators by developing, tracking, and managing metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and insights that correlate to overall Go-To-Market performance. You will own definitions and process governance in your assigned area, coordinate regular cadences across marketing teams, and proactively prepare insights and analysis for leadership reviews. Key responsibilities include structuring and evaluating business problems, designing and implementing actionable recommendations, and tracking success metrics. You will serve as a key contact between the business and systems transformation teams, ensuring solutions fit within overall processes. You will ensure data hygiene and reporting accuracy across the marketing funnel, implement best practices and standardization of tools and business processes, and use data and qualitative information to drive business optimization. This is a hands-on role where you do not just report what happened—you explain why and recommend what to change. You will build dashboards and queries, construct marketing impact analyses, and communicate findings clearly to senior stakeholders, pushing back with data rather than opinion. Nexthink is a unicorn-valued ($1.1B) digital employee experience platform company with 1000+ employees across 21 countries. The company has surpassed $190M in ARR and recently secured $180M in Series D financing. Requirements: - 5+ years of experience across Sales, Marketing, or Business Operations in a SaaS B2B environment - Demonstrable experience owning marketing performance analysis end-to-end (not just supporting) - Hands-on track record with marketing data infrastructure: CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), automation tools (Marketo, Pardot), and BI layers - Comfort with SQL or equivalent to pull your own data or validate dashboards - Experience building dashboards and queries in BI tools (Tableau CRM a plus); high proficiency in Excel - Ability to build models and explain marketing impact analysis clearly to senior leaders - Structured thinking: translate complex problems into frameworks, models, and recommendations - Comfortable with ambiguity; ability to define the right question before answering - Clear, concise communicator with decision-ready outputs - Credible with senior stakeholders; ability to push back with data - Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Administration - Experience in multinational organizations is a plus
