Inspira Education Group is a fast-growing edtech startup democratizing access to high-quality coaching for students pursuing medical, legal, business, and college admissions. The company operates as the world's leading network of top admissions coaches, combining software and services to disrupt traditional application processes. Backed by leading VCs including Zeev Ventures, Quiet Capital, Craft Ventures, and founder Jeff Fluhr (StubHub), Inspira is scaling rapidly. As Marketing Operations Associate, you'll own the day-to-day health and lifecycle management of the company's HubSpot instance, sitting at the intersection of marketing, sales, and data. This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role reporting to the Revenue Operations Manager. Key responsibilities include: HubSpot maintenance (list management, segmentation, lead routing, data hygiene); building and maintaining lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and automated workflows; partnering with performance marketing and sales teams on lead attribution and handoff; troubleshooting platform issues and serving as the internal HubSpot expert; creating dashboards and reports on campaign performance, funnel conversion, and pipeline health; managing integrations between HubSpot, ad platforms, website forms, and other marketing tools; supporting campaign execution (email sends, list pulls, UTM tracking, asset QA); ensuring data integrity through deduplication and field standardization; and documenting processes and SOPs. You'll need 3–4 years of marketing operations, CRM administration, or related marketing/data experience. Admin-level HubSpot proficiency is strongly preferred, including workflows, lists, reporting, and integrations. Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management, segmentation, and marketing automation is essential. You should be comfortable with data—building reports, spotting anomalies, translating numbers into action. Detail-oriented with a strong bias toward process and documentation. Excellent cross-functional communicator able to work closely with marketing, sales, and leadership. Startup or high-growth environment experience is a plus. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent practical experience. HubSpot certifications (Marketing Hub Software, RevOps) are a plus. This is a full-time, in-person role requiring 5 days per week in the NYC office (Gramercy).
