The company simplifies cross-border business by removing friction from financial workflows—including global payments, compliance, multi-currency management, workforce management, working capital, and business intelligence. You will own and drive growth across LATAM markets as a Marketing Manager focused on demand generation and end-to-end project leadership. This role combines startup agility with the resources of a public company. Key Responsibilities: - Lead cross-functional projects from research through execution, taking full ownership from initial concept to final delivery - Own demand generation initiatives from ideation and research through execution, collaborating with acquisition teams and agencies - Develop deep expertise in Payoneer's products, value proposition, and the LATAM markets and business lines served, translating offerings into audience-specific value - Partner closely with sales teams to understand priorities and convert them into effective marketing action - Translate complex, ambiguous briefs into clear plans, sharp hypotheses, and measurable experiments; drive execution with strong project management discipline Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of growth or marketing experience at fast-paced, data-driven, high-growth technology companies, with a track record of operating close to the business - Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects end-to-end, from problem framing and business case building to flawless execution, with strong hands-on project management skills - Business-first, analytical mindset with curiosity to become a real product and market expert; ability to translate value proposition into market and business-line specifics Reports directly to the Senior Director of Marketing, LATAM.
