Impiricus is an AI-powered Agentic Commercialization Platform for Healthcare that helps life sciences teams understand physician intent, coordinate clinical and commercial resources, and enable real-time action when healthcare professionals need support. The platform acts as a field force multiplier, extending reach between rep visits, prioritizing high-impact physician engagement paths, and connecting HCPs to coverage, evidence, medical information, patient support, and field teams.
You will serve as a hands-on Marketing Manager for Account Based Marketing (ABM), owning day-to-day execution of high-touch, account-based activations including workshops, innovation days, direct mail campaigns, client experiences, and seller activation programs. This is a critical operational role as Impiricus expands its Sales and Commercial organization.
Key responsibilities include:
**ABM Program Execution:** Own end-to-end execution of 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs across multiple channels. Translate commercial priorities into executable program briefs with clear audience, messaging, offers, channel mix, timelines, budgets, and success measures. Drive programs from brief through launch with urgency and attention to detail, managing workbacks, internal reviews, vendors, production, logistics, and Sales readiness. Build repeatable activation frameworks and templates to increase execution speed while maintaining quality and account-level relevance. Manage multiple concurrent programs, proactively identifying dependencies and resolving blockers.
**Sales & Cross-Functional Execution:** Partner closely with Sales pods and commercial leaders to translate account priorities and active opportunities into coordinated Marketing activations. Run the day-to-day operating rhythm for ABM execution, including campaign readiness, launch coordination, and Sales follow-up. Support business development and full-lifecycle activations that create new opportunities, strengthen pursuits, and deepen client relationships. Build strong working relationships across Marketing, Sales, Commercial Operations, Creative, and Client Services.
**Measurement & Optimization:** Track program-level success measures including account engagement, meetings created, opportunity progression, influenced pipeline, and ROI. Partner with Marketing Operations to establish campaign reporting and attribution requirements, then use HubSpot data to evaluate results and guide optimization. Produce monthly program readouts showing what launched, performed, and should be repeated, refined, or stopped. Use campaign results and Sales feedback to continuously improve audience selection, messaging, channel mix, timing, and follow-up. Document successful plays, templates, and lessons learned for faster execution and repeatability.
**Brand, Experience & Operational Excellence:** Operate effectively in a fast-moving environment, balancing speed with quality. Maintain a consistently high quality bar across copy, creative, audience lists, event logistics, fulfillment, and post-campaign follow-through. Ensure activations meet brand, quality, privacy, and healthcare compliance requirements with appropriate approvals before launch.
**Requirements:**
- 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience with meaningful hands-on ownership of account-based marketing, demand generation, field marketing, customer marketing, events, or integrated campaigns
- Demonstrated ability to take a program from direction and brief through execution, launch, coordinated Sales follow-up, measurement, and optimization with clear ties to commercial outcomes
- Experience with enterprise-size contracts
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent programs with speed and a high quality bar, including timelines, budgets, vendors, stakeholders, logistics, and deliverables
- Strong analytical judgment and working knowledge of CRM and marketing-automation reporting; HubSpot experience preferred
- Excellent project management, writing, presentation, and communication skills paired with high ownership, resourcefulness, sound judgment, and bias toward action; able to solve executional problems and deliver polished work with limited day-to-day oversight
- Nice to have: Experience marketing to pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or health-technology audiences
