Deepgram is the leading platform for Voice AI, providing real-time APIs for speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and production-grade voice agents. The company has processed over 50,000 years of audio and transcribed more than 1 trillion words, serving 200,000+ developers and 1,300+ organizations including Twilio, Cloudflare, and Sierra.
As the first Marketing & GTM Data Analyst, you will build Deepgram's reporting and analytics function from the ground up rather than inherit an established one. You'll own the answer to what's working in go-to-market and where to invest next, partnering with the Director of Marketing Operations on weekly GTM reports that leadership reads, and collaborating with Decision Intelligence and Data Engineering teams on AI analytics agents and the GTM data foundation. Your work will power Marketing, Product, SDR, AE, Partnerships, and RevOps teams.
Key responsibilities include: automating recurring GTM analytics using AI agents for weekly reporting, campaign and sales play readouts, scoring-model checks, and anomaly alerts; owning Marketing and GTM KPI definitions and calculation logic; measuring marketing campaigns and SDR/AE sales plays from first touch through closed-won using pre/post and cohort analysis; creating reusable campaign and sales play reporting templates with consistent definitions and attribution rules; owning Dreamdata and evolving multi-touch attribution practices; evaluating and improving MQL, PQL, and account intent scoring models with automated monitoring; defining partner and business development performance metrics; and defining GTM source-of-truth datasets with Data Engineering.
Deepgram operates with an AI-first mindset where all team members actively use and experiment with advanced AI tools. The company moves at the pace of AI, with rapid change and continuous evolution of day-to-day work. You should be excited to experiment, adapt, think on your feet, and learn constantly.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to turn vague or complex requests into clear, answerable questions before touching data, and push back constructively when the question is wrong
- Deep understanding of the B2B funnel (MQL, SAL, SQL, Closed Won) and how marketing, product-led, partner, SDR, and AE motions interact
- Strong SQL skills to write directly in a warehouse and across Salesforce objects (Leads, Contacts, Campaigns, Campaign Members, Opportunities, custom objects)
- Experience reconciling messy data across systems with a high bar for data quality and fixing problems at the source
- Hands-on experience owning or improving a multi-touch attribution setup and reconciling it with CRM data
- Experience evaluating or tuning lead, PQL, or account scoring models and measuring conversion impact
- AI-native mindset: ability to build AI agents or agentic workflows for analytics (e.g., Claude Code, MCP servers, n8n), automate recurring analysis, and write evaluation cases and context agents need
- Proficiency building dashboards and recurring reports in a BI tool with narrative sizing for leadership
- Experience owning KPI definitions to ensure consistency across the organization
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Approximately 3–5 years in marketing analytics, GTM analytics, revenue analytics, or similar analytical role at a B2B SaaS company, or equivalent demonstrated experience
- Hands-on experience with Dreamdata, HockeyStack, Bizible, or similar attribution tools, plus HubSpot and Salesforce reporting
- Python proficiency and experience with dbt, semantic layers, or metric stores
- Experience with intent data or partner attribution
- Background at a usage-based, developer-focused, or product-led business
