Scentbird is a digital subscription service offering fragrance discovery and sampling, with a portfolio including Scentbird, Deck of Scarlet, Confessions of a Rebel, Goodhabit, Sanctuary, and Drift brands. The company is seeking an experienced Marketing Analyst to support the marketing team in tracking trends, analyzing data, building predictive models, and optimizing campaign performance. You will report to the Marketing Analytics Lead and be responsible for collecting and analyzing customer, marketing, and web behavioral data to identify opportunities for campaign improvement. Your core responsibilities include testing campaigns and analyzing key metrics, developing and presenting actionable insights and recommendations, creating digital campaign and web measurement strategies, and building dashboards and data visualizations for campaign performance reporting. You will monitor digital media and marketing trends, communicate findings to colleagues and senior managers, collaborate with data engineers to optimize data workflows and ensure data consistency across platforms like Looker and Snowflake, and work hands-on with engineering teams on event tracking and analytics implementation. The ideal candidate is proactive, takes initiative, communicates opinions clearly backed by data, enjoys solving complex problems, and is open to new challenges. You should understand overall business value beyond just numbers and charts, and be comfortable admitting knowledge gaps. REQUIREMENTS: - 3+ years of data analytics work experience - Intermediate proficiency in statistical methods, experimental design, and quantitative analysis - Experience writing SQL queries and working with large datasets - Experience with product analytics and BI tools (GA, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker, Tableau, or similar) - Hands-on experience collaborating with engineering teams on event tracking and analytics implementation (Google Tag Manager, custom events, data validation) - Programming skills in R or Python - High-level written and verbal communication skills - Upper intermediate English language proficiency or higher - Experience applying LLMs (via APIs) for analytics use cases such as data exploration, anomaly detection, reporting automation, or building internal AI assistants NICE TO HAVE: - Familiarity with modern analytics stacks and data transformation tools (dbt or similar) - Understanding of attribution models, incrementality testing, or marketing mix modeling fundamentals
