This role is a management position leading the technical writing team. The manager will oversee documentation strategy, team performance, and delivery of technical content across product, engineering, and customer-facing materials. Responsibilities include hiring and developing technical writers, setting documentation standards, collaborating with engineering and product teams to ensure accurate and timely content, and managing the documentation roadmap. The ideal candidate has experience managing technical writing teams, deep knowledge of technical documentation best practices, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, growth-stage energy technology company. The role is based in Menlo Park, CA, at company headquarters.
