Bevi is a venture-backed IoT beverage technology company on a mission to eliminate single-use bottles and cans. With over $160M in funding, thousands of customers across the US, Canada, UK, and Ireland, and a track record of preventing over 1 billion bottles from waste, Bevi is rapidly scaling its connected beverage platform.
You will lead the technical training and enablement function, owning the complete system for how partners and internal technical teams learn to install, service, and sell the Bevi platform. This is a hands-on manager role leading a small, high-output team of an Instructional Designer and Technical Content Manager.
Key responsibilities include:
**Team Leadership**: Develop and mentor your team members, set priorities, and maintain high standards for quality and speed.
**Training Programs**: Build and scale both e-learning and in-person training curricula for partner technicians, branch managers, operations managers, and internal teams. Own onboarding, ongoing skill development, modules, assessments, and readiness tracking.
**Documentation & Help Center**: Manage the intake, accuracy, and maintenance of technical documentation, specifications, and the Bevi Help Center to ensure clients, field teams, and partners have current guidance.
**LMS Administration**: Oversee the Learning Management System (Absorb) and authoring tools (Articulate or similar), including user management, content effectiveness, reporting, and completion tracking.
**Cross-functional Collaboration**: Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and external partners to capture process guidance and translate new product introductions into training and documentation on schedule. Drive communication and alignment across the organization.
**Process Improvement & AI Integration**: Continuously optimize how training, documentation, and the Help Center are built and managed. Leverage AI to drive efficiency, measure program effectiveness, and build scalable structures that grow with the partner network.
You'll be a hands-on operator with strong analytical and organizational skills, comfortable with travel for training events, and ready to shape the future of technical enablement at a high-growth company.
